Eddie Bistany, the owner of local butcher shop Ridgefield Prime, has opened the doors on a new burger joint in town that he has dubbed Prime Burger, according to Connecticut Magazine.
None of Ridgefield Prime’s fish is genetically modified, but if it was, René Bushey, who orders the seafood for the shop, said it should be appropriately marked.
